Do what you may, curse Nepra, Pemra, Ogra all you like, tariff will go on increasing due to thermal power generation. Only hydel power generation will bring down the tariff. The soonest it can be done is by building Kalabagh dam in five years.
Without Kalabagh dam to revive industry and agriculture, there will be no federation and no Pakistan.
