During the 1970s, Mr Rafique Saigol, a man of integrity with a vision was chosen to lead PIA, the national airline and he put it on a strong footing. Today, this government has handed over PIA to a 3-man demolition squad, comprising of the MD, DMD and DM, who have driven it to a state of insolvency, through mismanagement, pilferages and massive corruption in just over 33 months. Will somebody in Federal Government, or in opposition save PIA from demise, or will this salvation also be left for Supreme Court of Pakistan?
