ISLAMABAD – Senator Salim Saifullah demanded the government construct Kala Bagh dam on Saturday and said that rulers were inclined to send the nation back to the Stone Age.
Addressing a party meeting, he said that gas and electricity load shedding has not only disturbed the life of a common man but also brought industries on the edge of disaster.
The meeting was also attended by Javed Iqbal Khan, Muhammad Ayub Khan Khattak, Col (R) Khalid Munir, Ajab Gul Surani, Dr Tasneem Ul Haq Hasni, Faqir Hasni Bukhari and other senior members of the party. Salim Saifullah said that Pakistan could not be prosperous until corruption, poverty, unemployment, terrorism and price-hike were not eradicated. He further said that Pakistan was also blessed with 184 Billion ton of coal reservoirs but unfortunately we were still unable to use it for the benefit of our country.
