Revolution, revolution, revolution, thats what one can hear from our leaders. They seem to exert so much energy on this issue that some of them have become totally oblivious of the realities of the time and have become enslaved of their self concocted, self propagated and self serving ideas. MQM has been issuing its own branded barrage of attack on the present democratic setup with some radical changes in the way the land holdings are managed.
The PML(N) has, though it seems surrealist and one needs only to look back at the past 20 years to note the hypocrisy in this new mantra, of recent, become revolutionary. Thats what its main honcho is claiming in public.
The real trumpet is in the hands of none other than the self-styled saviour of the country, Imran Khan. He has been continuously claiming to be the only light for the darkest of times, all times. He has also issued the statement claiming to launch a long march if the rulers dont heed to what he says equals to the Doomsday.
If this is the way to bring revolution, may be we wont ever get it much less enjoy its fruits. These so-called leaders must learn to respect the democratic norms before claiming and revolution.
