The governance can be defined as the management of a country for the development of social and economic resources. Government plays a key role for its public by providing them the necessities of life and establishes the rules. Governance is the primary means of maintaining accountability in country.
Pakistan is not performing well in several fields due to bad governances. We discuss only few legislative and administrative factors that affect governance in Pakistan. It must also contain the actions we needed for improvement. In recent years, good governance has attracted the attention of economists, lawyers and national institutions. Governance can also be construed as the instrument of the effectiveness of a society. If the institution is appropriate and effective, the outcome should be good. Good governance creates a good environment for the public. The main reasons of poor governance are: corruption, bribery, poor education policies and poor economic policies.
The general feeling is that the corruption leads to poor governance. It reduces the efficiency on which the economy depends and also reduces the government resources. Good governance helps to develop a country in a better way. Without the good governance, a country cannot be developed. Without any proper communication with the people of a country, the governance cannot be improved. It will not yield a meaningful improvement in the basic services for the people.
