M Khan Sial exposes his ignorance when he talks of Engr Shamsul Mulk favouring Punjab because of his support for Kalabagh dam. A dam built in Punjab will not only be for Punjab but for the whole country. Is not the power from Mangla and Tarbela dams for the whole country? Is not water from Tarbela dam for the whole country and in particular for Sindh? Shut down Tarbela dam and see what happens to the agriculture of Sindh. People with such narrow minds are holding up the immense benefits of Kalabagh dam for the whole country.
