Indian dams

It has been repeatedly reported in the media that India is building 60 dams on the three western rivers belonging to Pakistan, which would evidently result in storage of water for hydro-power generation. Pakistan would be at a great risk of losing its share of water. But Pakistan is still stuck on the building of a single mega dam like Kalabagh which could have bailed out Pakistan of its looming economic and financial problems of monumental proportions. We have failed to build a single mega dam since the past 35 years which speaks of the criminal neglect by successive civil and military rulers that only looked for prolonging their tenures. God know when we will get leaders of worth.
