Some, with insight and foresight, had been warning the nation as soon as the NRO was put on table for negotiation between PPP and Musharraf supervised by the UK and USA. Unfortunately it did horrible damage to our sovereignty and economic infrastructure. All it did was to serve the interests of the beneficiaries of the NRO in order to meet their nefarious designs and hidden agendas of perpetual power and unlimited wealth.
The misdeeds of ruling coalition, especially in last three years, are exposed by WikiLeaks. In my opinion the government has lost its writ to rule since its credibility has sunk to the deepest possible level. It should simply resign. Interim set up should be installed to hold mid-term elections to save Pakistan. The recent interview of the Prime Minister on a private channel created more confusion as it was all in self-praise and offered no solution to the poor in my country.
