The RGST, which the government is attempting to prove pro-people, is in fact an anti-nation and suicidal tax for the poor, under which the prices of around 600 products will rise exorbitantly. The bill is fated to pass in the National Assembly with the backing of PML(Q), ANP and JUI. As such, the discussion in the Senate did not inspire confidence among the parties.
The history will not forgive those who have chosen to be on the side of the oppressor. Such politicians are in no dearth in our country. They are the ones who have made it difficult for the poor to live in peace, harmony and within reasonable means.
