The entire efforts of the PPP government are focused on distracting public attention from the horrendous impacts of the RGST that will be felt by a majority of the population, many of whom are already forced to live on or under the poverty line. Mr Raza Abidi ,the advisor to President regularly exploits his presence on TV channels for this purpose. He brings forth unrelated and old cases of income tax returns by the Sharif family and avoids discussing the corruption in his government.
