Yesterday, a spokesperson of the Afghan government said that Pakistan is not doing enough to control insurgency and to make matters worse some circles are even fuelling it.
This allegation raised by the Afghan government is totally baseless. The whole world is witnessing what our armed forces are doing to control the menace of terrorism. Hundreds of our soldiers have embraced martyrdom fighting this war. Apart from security forces, thousands of civilians have been killed in suicide blasts across the country.
If this is not enough then I believe we cant do any more. Pakistan is perhaps the only country that has been affected by terrorism in the worst possible manner. Instead of raising allegations, the Afghan government must share intelligence reports with the relevant authorities in Pakistan so that their grievances can be addressed.
