Apart from the revitalization and assimilation of tribal youth into national mainstream, there is a pressing need of more educational institutions for the three million people of FATA. This shall encourage the youth of FATA to restart their educational sessions and a busy mind would also protect them from extremist agenda.
Parents on the other hand should be convinced to send their children to schools. The literacy rate of females in FATA is a meagre three percent. Equal opportunity should be given to females also to gain education. Shortage of teachers should be made-up from settled areas of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Providing quality education at a minimal rate for the people of FATA will change the mindsets of future generations and bring peace in the area.
