Children are surely the future of this country and by ensuring that they are following the right track, we can help them in pursuance of their goals. Terrorism has had a profound effect on children, especially those living in the troubled areas. They are most vulnerable because, they can be easily altered and brainwashed and we have already seen this in a number of suicide attacks that were carried out by teenagers. A rehabilitation center in Swat, Called Sbaoon, is already working to rescue the children that were trained to carryout suicide attacks. This center was started by Pakistan Army and was headed by Dr. Farooq, who himself became a victim of terrorism. The civil society needs to come forward and play their part in securing the future of the children.
