An interesting scene was witnessed by the nation when the US ambassador in Pakistan Cameron Munter took part in the flood relief efforts.
I wonder if the politicians and bureaucrats of our beloved country are willing to do the same for the flood affectees, let alone for the natural disaster hit people of any other country. It takes a heart to serve the people in need, particularly if they are not the people of your own country. Well done, Mr Munter.
At the same time, I would like to see our politicians do the same rather than wasting time in creating commissions on which no one agrees.
