The good governance of the current government is evident in all its departments, from the highest echelons to the lowest devolutions of power. How can one not admire the audacity of the government when it finds new and novel ways to squeeze the general public out of its hard-earned money.
The company that has displayed such efficiency and innovation is WASA. My house has been getting very little supply of water but the amount of bill has been steadily increasing. It is beyond my comprehension that how can my bill increase since there has apparently been no increase in the tariff and the usage of water is very low given that the supply has been disrupted for the past few weeks. The irregularities in WASA bills is not a new issue and the concerned authorities should look into this very serious concern of the public.
