‘Lets wait and see how things turn out to be or I will do something productive once the economy of Pakistan improves.’ This is the general perspective of a Pakistani nowadays. But this perspective is not right and not good for the country. We neither need any ridiculous loans and grants nor any foreign countries telling us how to fix our own issues. Youth the literate, ingenious and resourceful Pakistanis is exactly the change this country needs.
The real problem is that these people, who can make Pakistan self-reliant, are living abroad, watching and commenting on Pakistan’s conditions. We are going through a bad patch and the media, lawyers and democracy lovers can bring the big change we need right now. We need people to dream big and aspire for better things in life. We need venturesome people to change the mindset of the society.
Some of our best resources are residing outside Pakistan in the form of students, researchers, entrepreneurs, bankers and whatnot. Of course, they should go abroad, get a sound educational degree but must come back to serve the country. Pakistan is our mutual responsibility, so we should work together for its progress and betterment.
