QUETTA - Unknown armed men attacked and torched two tankers carrying fuel for NATO forces in Afghanistan near Dhadar area in Bolan district some 125 km east of the provincial capital Quetta on Wednesday.

KALAT/PESHAWAR - A driver was injured and two Nato trailers were set alight in Sorab area of Kalat district on Monday. According to Levis sources, the Nato trailers carrying goods were on their way to Afghanistan from Karachi when unidentified armed men intercepted the vehicles at Gewa cross and opened fire, injuring the driver identified as Muhammad Jhangir. The armed assailants later set the trailers on fire and fled away.

PESHAWAR - An oil tanker carrying fuel for NATO troops in Afghanistan has been gutted after a bomb planted in the vehicle exploded in Khyber Agency, officials said.
