Khayaban-e-Amin Media Cup begins today

LAHORE - As many as six matches will be played on the opening day of the Khaban-e-Amin Media cricket Cup on the opening day here at the Khaban-e-Amin ground on Wednesday (today). A total number of 32 teams from electronic and print media organisation are participating in the tournament to be played on knock-out basis. Each team will bowl five overs in an innings. LAHORE - Punjab Governor Salmaan Taseer's funeral, who was assassinated by his own security guard on Tuesday, will be held today (Wednesday) at the Governor's House at 1pm. Afterwards, the slain governor would be buried at the Cavalry Grounds graveyard near his private residence.
