PESHAWAR - Suspected militants on Wednesday attacked two Afghanistan-bound NATO containers killing a driver. Two cleaners were also injured in the ambush near Landi Kotal, official and local sources said. The NATO containers were stopped near Landi Kotal by armed men.

GUJRANWALA: Sui Northern Gas Pipe Lines (SNGPL) Gujranwala Region General Manager Mahmood Zia has assured the businessmen community that Gujranwala would be divided into three zones regarding the supply of Sui gas to the industrial sector.
The General Manager Mahmood Zia said that 850 industrial units, depending on natural gas in Gujranwala would be supplied gas for 23 continuous days while supply of gas would be suspended for remaining seven days of the month.

KARACHI: The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) managing director on Monday apologised to the people of Karachi for cut in gas supply to the Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) that is causing prolonged power load shedding in the city.

KARACHI: Gas supply to Sindh will be shut down for the maintenance of the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) gas fields from October 26 to November 4, SSGC Managing Director Dr Faizullah Abbasi said on Tuesday while addressing a lunch hosted by the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI).
