PESHAWAR - Some unidentified extremists blew up two government-led schools and a healthcare center in Mohmand Agency on Tuesday.
According to a private television channel, the militants destroyed buildings in Shahbeg area of the city with explosives.
At least 78 schools have been blown up by militants so far in the area.

ISLAMABAD - One in every 10 sanctioned teaching posts in monitored government girls high schools is lying vacant nationwide, where one teacher has to teach, on an average, 33 girls. Among the monitored schools, 55 percent did not have a library and 43 percent had no playgrounds.

PESHAWAR - Two schools were were destroyed with explosives in Dara Adam Khel on Monday.
According to a private TV channel, a primary and secondary school were destroyed through explosives in F. R. Jawaki area of Dara Adam Khel. The report said that the explosives were kept inside the buildings while no casualty was reported in the incidents.
Approximately 30 schools, including a degree college, have been hit in Dara Adam Khel in the last three years.

PESHAWAR - Some unknown miscreants blew up two more girls' primary schools in tehsil Landikotal, Khyber Agency to deprive girls of education in the area.
Reportedly, two girls' primary schools in Hukam Khan Kallay and Awal Said Kallay in Sultan Khel area of tehsil Landi Kotal were destroyed by planting explosive in them.
With the destruction of these schools, the total number of destroyed schools in Khyber Agency has climbed to 41 with 16 only in tehsil Landi Kotal.

GUJRANWALA - At least 25 primary schools are under the illegal tenancy of influential feudal lords in Gujranwala district and the education department is unable to retrieve these from them and resume the education process there.
A survey report revealed that 25 schools had been closed down owing to unavailability or transfer of teachers. These schools have gone under the tenancy of feudal lords and are now being used as their deras.

According to media reports, terrorists planted explosives inside the government girls and boys primary schools in Zakakhael and blew up both buildings. PESHAWAR - The authorities Saturday said militants bombed another two government schools in Khyber Agency and Darra Adam Khel, a semi-tribal area bordering the provincial capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Saturday. LAHORE - The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) will help restore 86 partner schools in the flood-affected districts of the province.
