MURIDKE - Dacoits killed a newly married person and seriously injured his cousin when they were going to the Lahore airport on Thursday morning on Muridke-Narowal Road.
Reportedly, Basharat Ali, 30, of Qila Kalarwala came back to Pakistan from abroad after seven years for marriage a month ago. LAHORE - Unidentified armed men shot and killed two patrolling constables on Lower Mall late on Saturday. RAWALPINDI - The Rawalpindi District Court on Saturday framed charges against Law Minister Babar Awan in an incident involving the abduction of a newspaper's owner and robbery in 1998. Awan appeared before Civil Judge Mehr Sarfaraz Hussain with his counsel Farooq Awan and People's Lawyers' Forum lawyers Sajid Tanoli and Babar Ali.
