ISLAMABAD - State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Sumsam Ali Bukhari has stated categorically that there is no proposal to amend the anti-blasphemy act as the Namoos-e-Risalat is a sensitive matter not only for the religious-political parties but all Muslims.
