ISLAMABAD - Interior Minister Rehman Malik said on Friday that India provided the Samjhota Express blast investigation report to Pakistan and both countries agreed to talk on Kashmir and other pending issues on an equal basis. Talking to reporters outside Parliament House, he said dialogue between Pakistan and India was the only way forward to address all outstanding issues between the two countries. KARACHI - Sindh Home Minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza has ordered the IGP to investigate the reasons for the fire that destroyed the shops located in the historic Empress Market in Saddar area on Sunday.
