KARACHI – The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday dismissed a petition moved by applicants seeking issuance of appointment letters in the Port Qasim Authority (PQA).
The division bench comprising Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Shahid Anwar Bajwa had earlier reserved the judgment on the petition moved by 42 applicants after hearing final arguments from both sides.

FAP breaks own cargo handling record at PQA
