NUML closed for three days for security fears

ISLAMABAD: The National University of Modern Languages (NUML)'s management on Thursday decided to close the varsity for three days after getting threats of an attack.
A large contingent of police, led by Industrial Area Station House Officer (SHO) Rana Akram, cordoned off the university and reviewed security arrangements. NUML director’s degree challenged

ISLAMABAD: National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Lahore campus Director Saeed Ahmad allegedly got appointment on the basis of an invalid degree.
This was stated in a confidential letter (copy available with Pakistan Today) addressed to rector NUML in which the director general of the university expressed serious reservations about Regional Director Lt Col (Retd) Saeed Ahmed's appointment.
