Lahore College notch badminton title
LAHORE - Lahore College for Women University won the Inter-collegiate Girls Badminton Championship organised by the Lahore Board here at the Govt Physical Education College for Women Township. LCU defeated Govt College for Women Okara in the final while Islamia College for Women Lahore Cantt secured third place. Ghazala Saddiq of LCU was declared the best player.
Sialkot, Karachi notch wins in Women’s U-19 Cricket
LAHORE: Sialkot, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Hyderabad registered wins in the National Women Under-19 T20 Cricket Championship at the Lahore Country Club, Muridke, on Tuesday. Sialkot women won by two wickets against Peshawar with Saima Maqsood doing well by getting three wickets for the winners. Sadia Khaliq cracked 73 of 41 balls to steer Rawalpindi to a comprehensive 109- run win over Quetta.

Ufone, RBS notch wins in 1st CPL Raaziq tournament
LAHORE: Another two matches were decided in the 1st CPL Raaziq 20/20 cricket tournament here on Monday.
In the first match, Ufone beat Coca-Cola by 4 wickets. Coca-Cola scored 137 for the loss of all wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Usman Hafeez 31, Shahid Mahmood 30 and Mohsin Naqi 17 did well from the Coke side. Raza Ijaz took three wickets while Ahsan Zaidi and Salman Rasheed grabbed two. In reply, U-Fone achieved the target with three overs to spare with Muhammad Bilal 42,
