LAHORE - Local judicial magistrate Irfan Basra on Monday sent Abdul Malik (Manager of Moonis Elahi) to jail on judicial remand till January 16. Abdul Malik was arrested by FIA during a raid at Moonis Elahi's office on the charges of transfer of Rs 20.2 million in the account of Mohsin Habib who is the main accused in National Insurance Corporation (NIC).

LAHORE - Judicial magistrate Irfan Basra on Tuesday handed over Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) Chaudhry Moonis Elahi's business manager Abdul Malik to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on physical remand until January 4.
Malik was arrested on Monday during a raid at the Al-Tahoor Private Limited's office located in Garden Town.

FIA raids Moonis Elahi’s office

LAHORE - The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Punjab raided an office owned by Pakistan Muslim League-Q leader MPA Moonis Elahi and arrested his manager Abdul Malik on Monday.
FIA officials conducted a raid at the office of a company, Al-Tahoor Pvt Limited, located in Garden Town, and owned by Moonis. The officials arrested the company's manager and started interrogating him. They also took all the record in their custody for investigation.

Petition against internet defamation of Moonis Elahi withdrawn

LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court Chief Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif on Wednesday dismissed as withdrawn a writ petition of PMLQ supporters seeking a ban on the access of "Google Blogger" as it contained an allegedly defamatory material against their leader Moonis Elahi.
Dismissing the petition the chief justice observed that the petitioners being activists of PNl-Q had no locus standi to agitate against the matter before the court because they were not a directly aggrieved
