Thirty five-year-old Imran Manzoor alias Jangi was near Jamia Masjid Almas in Muhammadi Colony when two men on a motorcycle arrived on the scene and opened fire on him.

MUSCAT - Oman's Sultan Qaboos has replaced two ministers, days after protests erupted demanding an end to corruption and reforms in the normally placid Gulf state, official media reported on Saturday.
The sultan has appointed Khaled bin Hilal bin Saud al-Bousaidi as a minister of the royal court, replacing Ali bin Humud al-Bousaidi, the state ONA news agency said.

KARACHI - The Sindh Assembly on Friday passed a unanimous resolution condemning the murder of Federal Minority Affairs Minister Shahbaz Bhatti and declaring it "another attack on disturbing peace and progress of Pakistan".
