LPG price increased by Rs 4 per kg

ISLAMABAD - The Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) Dealers Association has increased the price of LPG by Rs 4 per kilogram, which would come into force with immediate effect.
The spokesman of LPG dealers association told Online that the price was enhanced because of increase in rates in international market which he said had mounted by 40 to 45 USD per 100 kg. He said that global rates of LPG were linked to Saudi market where the prices shot up to 45 USD per 1000 kg.

LPG prices slashed by Rs 5 to 10 per kilogramme

LAHORE - Marketing companies on Thursday reduced LPG price by Rs 5 to 10 per kilogramme following reduction in Saudi Aramco's contract price by $111 per tonne.
According to a press release issued by the All Pakistan LPG Distributors Association, marketing companies had reduced the price by Rs 11,300 per tonne, while price of an 11.8 kilogramme domestic cylinder has been decreased by Rs 60 to 110 and 45.4 kilogramme commercial cylinder by Rs 220 to 433 per kilogramme.

OPI Gas acquires 67.91 percent shares of Shell Gas LPG Pakistan

KARACHI: OPI Gas has formally acquired a major share of Shell Petroleum Company's i.e. 67.91 percent in Shell Gas LPG Pakistan Limited. The Share Purchase Agreement between OPI Gas and Shell Petroleum was signed in June this year, following a bidding process from which OPI Gas emerged successful.
