LAHORE - Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGPL) has decreased gas pressure for domestic usage and CNG stations, causing huge problems for consumers. Consumers faced difficulties in preparing food due to very low gas pressure in the city during the last two days. KARACHI - The Sale of oil in the country is witnessing a downward trend due to dwindling consumption, Pakistan Today has learnt. According to analysts, the consumption of oil sharply fell by 7.6 percent month-on-month and 2.1 percent year-on-year during seventh month of the current fiscal year, January 2011.

WASHINGTON - US public support for the war in Afghanistan has dropped to the lowest level since Barack Obama became president, a poll showed on Tuesday. LAHORE: Gas pressure to domestic users in many parts of the city remained low on Sunday irking citizens and the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has failed to ensure gas pressure for domestic users despite closing industries and CNG stations, Pakistan Today has learnt.
Domestic consumers in the Allama Iqbal Town, Johar Town, WAPDA Town, Township, Mughalpura, Mustafabad, Wahdat Road and other areas complained that low gas pressure was persisting since the last 15 days.
