Suspicious looking man held near US consulate
LAHORE: US Consulate security guards on Friday captured a suspect and handed him over to Civil Lines Police. According to police sources, security guards saw a six-foot-tall man doing suspicious activities and nabbed him and also recovered few maps from his possession.

KESC looking for a further hike in electricity tariff
KARACHI: The KESC has demanded a further hike in electricity tariff as gas curtailment continue to cause problems. NEPRA had recently augmented the electricity tariff as the KESC incurred additional expenses due to greater utilisation of furnace oil.
