‘No load-shedding for domestic consumers’

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has announced that Zamzama gas field is scheduled to begin annual maintenance from October 26 for the duration of nine days; gas supply in its system is expected to fall by 170 MMCFD.
In a press statement, SNGPL announced that it would suspend gas supply to three fertiliser plants, Pak Arab Fertlizer, Dawood Hercules and Pak American Fertiliser, during this period.
According to the latest load management schedule for

Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Mohammad Pervaiz Malik has condemned the decision of three day gas load-shedding in a week and termed it as a step to annihilate the whole industrial sector.
Mohammad Peraiz Malik, in a press statement issued on Tuesday, said that the condition of trade and industry was already fragile due to baseless policies of the present regime and thought that the gas load-shedding policy would completely collapse the industry.
