KARACHI - The Sindh High Court restricted the Home Department and police on Tuesday from registering a case against PML-Q leader Malak Changaiz and his five relatives or arresting them without taking permission from the apex court till May 11 and directed the Hyderabad RPO to appear before the court on the next date of the case's hearing.
