ISLAMABAD - The killer of Punjab Governor Salman Taseer, Mumtaz Qadri, on Monday recorded his confessional statement before Police said Qadri before Magistrate Muhammad Ali Randhawa, saying he acted alone on his plan to kill Taseer. Qadri was later produced before ATC Judge Malik Akram Awan in Rawalpindi, who sent him on a 14-day judicial remand.
