Six of a family killed in Jaffarabad rocket attack
QUETTA - Six persons, including four children, belonging to a same family were killed as a rocket hit their house in Jaffarabad district. According to the police sources, the rocket landed on the residence of Pehalu Khan Bugti in Goth Hyer-ud-Din. As a result, the house owner and his wife besides four young daughters lost their lives.

PESHAWAR - At least six people were killed and two others injured in two simultaneous drone attacks in Khaisoora area close to Mir Ali town of North Waziristan on Friday.

ALGIERS - A bomb struck a vehicle in Algeria and killed five people, media reported on Wednesday, in the deadliest attack in months as the country battles violence blamed on Islamist militants.

GUJRANWALA - Three brothers were killed instantly after a road accident at Pasrur Road. Reportedly, Nasir, Shahid and Gulraiz were coming from Talwandi Musa Khan to Gujranwala on a motorcycle. When they reached near village Gaggarkay, a speedy passenger van crushed them to death. A large number of villagers gathered there and informed the police about the incident. PESHAWAR - A bomb attack on a packed mosque adjoining Akhun Panjoo Baba's shrine in Nowshera district's Akbarpura town, killed 10 people and injured 38 as it ripped through Friday prayers. Hundreds of people were coming out of the mosque or waiting for a charity meal (langar) when the bomb, planted inside the building, went off.
