HANGU - At least 8 militants were killed and 3 of their hideouts destroyed in the shelling of security forces in the Central Kurram Agency whereas 5 persons were injured in the fresh missile attack by American spy planes hereon Thursday. Security Forces attacked at the hideouts of militants with heavy artillery fire in Ali Sher Zai, Chinarak and Sparkut areas. Robbers kill constable’s wife at Ghalib Market
LAHORE - Two robbers shot dead a police constable's wife and critically injured the policeman for putting up resistance when the couple was returning home after attending a wedding in the Ghalib Market Police Station precincts. Drones kill six, injure five in three separate strikes
PESHAWAR - US drones killed six militants and injured another five on Sunday in three separate strikes in North Waziristan and South Waziristan, local and official sources said.
The strikes took place in the village of Spalga, 20 kilometres south of Miranshah. The drone first struck a house belonging to a militant leader, and fired a second time at militants who were rescuing the targets of the first attack, killing six and injuring five.
