HBL win controversy-marred Quaid trophy final

LAHORE - Habib Bank beat PIA by five wickets in the final to clinch the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy title at the National Stadium Karachi.
The final of the country's premier domestic cricket tournament was played for the first time under lights and with pink ball.

Uphill battle for HBL in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy final

LAHORE - Habib Bank reached 101 for three in their second innings on the third day of the four-day Quaid-e-Azam Trophy final at the National Stadium in Karachi. Aftab Khan was not out at 63.
PIA in their second innings scored 319 and gave a target of 214 to HBL with day's play remaining. PIA captain Kamran Sajid scored 70 and Fahad Iqbal 84. Habib Bank had scored 313 in their first innings.

Quaid-e-Azam Trophy final – HBL in complete control

KARACHI - Habib Bank's bowlers were in complete control of their Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match against PIA at the National Stadium Karachi on Saturday. The are just two wickets away from giving their batsmen a modest target to chase in order to win the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy in Karachi that is unless the PIA tail wags. HBL reduced PIA to 232 for 8 in the second innings, restricting the lead to only 147, and will hope to finish off the tail quickly on the fourth morning.
