LAHORE - Mughalpura Whites, Jallo Gymkhana and Ghalib Sports advanced to the second round of the East Zone Cricket Championship at different grounds of the city on Saturday. In the first match, Mughalpura Whites beat Imperial Club by three wickets at Allama Iqbal Institute ground. All round performance by Afaq Shahid was the main feature of the match.

LAHORE - The opening match of Tauseef Trophy Cricket League between Muslim Gymkhana and Wahdat Eaglets will be played on February 10 instead of February 18 at the Wahdat Colony Ground.
The league match will be played among four teams i.e Akhter Abdul Rehman Club, Mehboob Park Gym, Muslim Gym and Wahdat Eaglets. Every team will play three matches. The points system of the matches has also announced. Every match inning consist 40 overs-a-side.

LAHORE - The quarter-final of 26th M Yaseen Akhter Memorial Cricket Tournament between P&T Gym and Delhi Gym will be played on Feb 18 at Wahdat Colony Ground. The match will start at 10:30 am and Riffat Zaheer and Kaleem Asgher will be the umpires. The other quarter final between Model Town Club and Baghbanpura Eaglets will be played later.

LAHORE - Shalimar Gymkhana beat Faiz Bagh Gymkhana by 14 runs in the 4th Nazar Mohammad Invitational Cricket Tournament here on Tuesday. Shalimar made 251 for all in 39.2 overs. Shoaib 79, Wasim 61 and Imran Shafi 21 were the main scorers. Ashfaq three for 55, Faisal four for 23, Shahbaz two for 20.
Faizbagh Gymkhana could make 237 in 38.3 overs. Rana Salman 116 and Irfan 46. Hafiz Salman three for 46, Rizwan two for 20 and Wasim two for 31.

LAHORE - Gulberg Eaglets entered the second round of East Zone Cricket Championship (Group D) after beating Ghalib Gymkhana by three wickets at Wahdat Colony Ground on
Tuesday. Fine batting by Ali Raza and M Shehbaz was the main feature of the match.
Mughalpura Institute will face Mughalpura Sports at Mughalpura Institute ground
today. Ghari Shahu Gym will face Dharampura Sports at Wahdat Colony ground. Both matches will start at 9:30 AM.

Township Whites, Apollo Sports and Mughalpura Whites have reached the semi-final while Shalimar Gymkhana moved to the quarter-final.
