LAHORE: The Punjab Tennis Championship sponsored by Service Industries rolled into action here at the Bagh-e-Jinnah’s courts on Thursday. Tournament Director Rashid Malik said that keeping in view the extensive interest in the championship, they have decided to hold the men’s singles event on the opening day and many seeded junior players have made it to the next round.
