WASHINGTON - Facebook on Tuesday launched a media resource page to help journalists use the social network as a reporting tool and better connect with their audience.

WASHINGTON - Warner Bros. is bringing movie rentals to Facebook, the first Hollywood studio to turn to the fast-growing social network as an online platform for its films.
"The Dark Knight," the 2008 Batman thriller directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Christian Bale, will be the first movie offered for rental on Facebook, the studio said, and can be watched at facebook.com/darkknight.

LAHORE - Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry on Monday disposed of a petition seeking a ban on social networking site Facebook and other websites for displaying blasphemous caricatures and anti-Islam material. The court announced the verdict after Deputy Attorney General Naveed Inayat Malik informed the court that the federal government is taking all steps to block anti-Islam websites. He said that the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and the
