LAHORE - Class five examinations under the Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) will kick-off today (Tuesday) in all districts of Punjab amid load shedding and a hectic date sheet. KARACHI - The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday directed the National Testing Services (NTS) administrator, the Sindh chief secretary, the SHC registrar and an SHC Inspection Team member to file comments in a petition challenging the examination procedure of lower judiciary judges.

Lahore - Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore announced the Secondary School Certificate SSC Matriculation Supplementary examination result yesterday, whereas passing percentage was 40%. Other Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE of Punjab announced the Matriculation Supplementary examination results yesterday.
Hectic exam schedule weighing down students
LAHORE: A hectic date sheet of class 5 and 8 annual examinations in Punjab has angered students and parents, Pakistan Today has learnt. According to the date sheet issued by the Punjab Examination Commission (PEC), students have to give two papers daily and there was no holiday between exams. Class 5 examinations would commence from February 1, 2011 and conclude on February while Class 8 examinations would start from February 7 and culminate on February 12.
