LAHORE - Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore Syed Ahmad Mobin has engaged divisional officers to coordinate the drive against one-wheelers. The CTO asked all divisional officers to exercise vigilance one wheelers in their respective areas. The CTO directed them to hand over anyone caught to the district police.
