LAHORE - The Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) will sue Lahore DCO Ahad Cheema for blasphemy, Pakistan Today learnt on Wednesday. The decision was taken in a meeting of the SIC hierarchy in Lahore. Some unidentified armed persons opened fire on a car at Rashid Minhas Road killing three people.
A body of a police constable, Ayub, was found from Jalbani Goth, Malir. Sources said that he was kidnapped and then murdered.
Ayub's body was taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for legal formalities.
