LAHORE - US and Pakistani national, Dr Adnan Bhuta held a press conference at the Lahore Press Club on Sunday where he alleged that he was the actual target of Raymond Davis, an American national.

Chinese woman doctor found dead
ISLAMABAD: A Chinese national woman doctor, Dr Jiya, 48, was mysteriously found dead at her residence-cum-clinic here on Friday in a posh sector of the federal capital.
The police said she had been running a clinic at Rose Plaza at I-8 Markaz for several years.
"Dr Jiya, after embracing Islam, was married to a Pakistani national, Danish Hussain," said Industrial Area SP Ishaq Warraich. He said her hands had been tied and her mouth gagged with a piece of cloth, the SP added.

RAIPUR - The wife of a medical doctor sentenced to life imprisonment on charges of helping India's Maoist insurgents said Tuesday she would like to seek asylum in a "liberal democratic country."
