Japan to help with Pasni harbour development
KARACHI: Japan would provide dredgers for Pasni Fish Harbour under its general economic development program of Balochistan. The federal government has put on hold development operations in six militancy-hit tribal agencies, as the funds are available only for peaceful areas, officials told Pakistan Today on Friday.
Officials said development work was on hold in six areas across FATA, which comprises seven agencies and six frontier regions or semi-tribal areas along the Pak-Afghan border.
