Railways clinch MC Football Cup
LAHORE - Pakistan Railways added another feather to their cap when they annexed the All Pakistan Tehsil Municipal Corporation Football Cup at Toba Tek Singh. Railways, under coach Muhammad Rasheed, overwhelmed PAF 3-2 in the final, with Imran getting two goals for the winners. Asif Hameed scored the third goal. LAHORE - Pakistan blind cricket team beat Australia by five wickets to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match ODI series. Playing in their second ODI match at Park 25, Adelaide, Pakistan won the toss and asked Australia to bat first. Australia made 291 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 40 overs. LAHORE - Kinnaird Club won the 5th Regional Inter-District Senior Women's Cricket Tournament beating Garrison Club in the final here on Monday. KC took full advantage of the home conditions to overpower Garrison Club by five wickets.
