Kinnaird college (KC) sports club organized the annual Swimming Gala, 2010. Principal KC Dr. Rukhsana David presided over the event.
The event was organized by Nosheen Hanif, Sports President Hira Niaz and College Faculty members.
Alzalfa Shafi of FSc II, won the 'swimmer of the evening'award. FSc II was awarded the 'best class trophy'.

LHC seeks report on ‘free education for all’ petition

The Lahore High Court on Wednesday sought a detailed report from the federal and provincial government within three weeks on a constitutional petition for uniform education policy providing for free education to children less than 16 years of age.

Two were injured as Sui gas leakage resulted in fire eruption at Shaheen complex's cafe in front of the Pakistan Television (PTV) station at Abbot Road on Wednesday.

Workers of STHAL Co. engineering factory staged a protest against the illegal dismissal of 16 of their colleagues, on the allegation of being involved in the formation of a union.
