CNICs of Junaid Jamshed, wife found at plane crash site

Investigators on Saturday recovered computerised national identity cards (CNICs) of Junaid Jamshed and his wife, who died in a plane crash near Havelian on Wednesday.

They also found the handbag of  Junaid Jamshed’s wife from the site of deadly plane crash, according to media reports. The hand bag contained two pictures of Jamshed and some other documents, which remained safe.

Officials of investigating agencies also found four gold bangles, three wrist watches, two gold rings among other belongings of passengers of the ill-fated Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight.

Junaid Jamshed was also aboard the flight along with his wife.

Nine of the total 47 crash victims have so far been buried in their native towns. The relatives of 38 passengers are still awaiting completion of DNA identification process.
