Ishtiaq Ahmed, the father of Intizar Ahmed, who was allegedly shot dead last year by police personnel, said on Sunday that he was not satisfied with the police investigation.
Talking to the media alongside his counsel on the eve of his son’s death anniversary, he said, “I am not satisfied with the probe being carried out in the Intizar murder case.”
Father of the 19-year-old victim said that the Supreme Court (SC) had revoked the bail of Tariq Raheem, the key accused, to order his arrest. Tariq Raheem later admitted in the court that SSP Muqaddas Haider had ordered him to do so.
“It has been one year and the reason behind my son’s killing could not be found,” he said.
