ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday adjourned the hearing of a petition of General (r) Asad Durrani pertaining to the placement of his name on the Exit Control List (ECL) till December 13.
Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani of the IHC resumed hearing of Durrani’s plea challenging putting of his name on the ECL by the interior ministry on account of writing a controversial book. The petitioner’s counsel Umer Adam Advocate appeared before the court.
However, the court adjourned the case without further proceeding due to the absence of deputy attorney general.
